- Solely responsible for the project management review of the production, warehousing and logistics operations within the Dublin chemical production plant. Primary and secondary research methodologies used as well as activity based costing techniques. Upgraded internal reporting systems and introduced an R.F.I.D. tracking system for stock control purpose. Collection of data from a wide variety of stakeholders and analysis of same. Presentation of conclusions to board level. From my evidence based findings, recommendation from the UK head office was to keep the operation open.

Successfully Project Managed the implementation of a Local Area Network system. Engaged with many internal stakeholders groups as well as external service providers. Upgraded the company operations manual and presented to the senior management. Achieved the unification of communication network resulting in relevant, concise, real time information around the company. Reported to the Board of directors who included Arnotts board. Received an offer to apply for the vacant position of Operations Manager.

Computer Cable Manufacturer
Historic data tracking reporting module failed to produce the required report from Take 5 software package. Using reductionism thinking methods successfully amalgamated various printouts to produce the legislative reports necessary for external and internal stakeholders. Reports were presented by me to the external stakeholders who gladly signed off on same.
